This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act
of 2009. This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the
Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all.
They are requiring you to declare if you owne a gun and get a liscence and be taxed on your 1040 in 2009.
They can come check on it any time they want and require you to take mental exams and come unannounced to see that they are away from kids and the fines are long term prison sentences.
These people belong in prison, where they have proper gun control :(
